Orders and prices
Prices are in Kenyan shillings. The delivery fee for your zone is added at checkout, and the total you see there is what you pay. Your order is confirmed once your M-Pesa payment comes through.
Paying with M-Pesa
When you check out we send a payment prompt to your phone. We hold your pieces for 15 minutes while you pay. If the payment fails you can try again from your order page; if the 15 minutes pass without payment, the order closes and the pieces go back on sale.
Stock
If a piece sells out before your order is placed, we tell you at checkout and don’t take payment for it.
Delivery and returns
We deliver to the zones listed at checkout. Delivery times, fees and how to return a piece are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Your status link
Your order page is reached by a private link. Anyone with the link can see your order and retry its payment, so keep it to yourself.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Nothing in them limits your rights under Kenya’s Consumer Protection Act. Questions? Contact us.
